Jeff, Interesting article. After reading this, it's getting easier for me to choose GWU over Indiana as an upset. Hasn't Indiana been knocked out in the first round the last two tournaments? To sum up, then, we can expect somewhere in the neighborhood of seven seed upsets in the first round. Predict all of them, and you're well on your way to fame, fortune ... and pizza! And, I might add Hawaii, as long you FILL OUT YOUR PICKS!!! (Not directed to you, Jeff). I see 19 signed up so far. We're number one! Tom

Jeff, I've been looking over the south and listening to various prognosticators. I also think the upsets are going to happen in this bracket. I'm going to go out on a limb and pick Detroit over UCLA, Oklahoma St over Syracuse and George Washington over Indiana. UCLA is a very young team. This is not their year and their center is out. Next year or the following they may be winners of this whole thing. Very fine recruiting class. If Minnesota is suspect, then so is Indiana. The only time I saw Minnesota play was when they beat Indiana in an overtime game. Besides, I went to GWU, need I say more? Currently, I have Minnesota over Gonzaga. This may change. Tom
