In December, when Nortel transferred LanCity to Arris, the company issued the following announcement:

Additional details of the proposed combination of LANcity assets and Arris Interactive including the consideration associated with the combination, which may take the form of ownership dilution in Arris, ANTEC common stock as well as other consideration, will be announced at the completion of the transaction. It is now estimated that the transaction will close in the first quarter of 1999 subject to
execution of definitive agreements and board approvals by both Nortel Networks and ANTEC.

I have seen no followup announcement on the details of this transaction. Does anybody know what percentage NOrtel now owns of Arris joint venture?

Ken
