Of course Daniel has the right to let anyone into his picks at any time. I do not dispute that. I just do not think that it is common knowledge here, and it SHOULD be. People have a right to know what is going on.

I think that most of us have a life beyond Daniel's stock pics...we
value his opinion...we value the opinion of others on SI
...we evaluate and make our pics...I own PRGY,TLAB etc. and yes,
even HEAL..I buy and sell when "I" feel the time is right.

that's too simplistic of a view shark king. if that was the case then pump & dump would be okay also. cnbc and kfwb are just as much at fault as dm is for touting him as a "whiz kid" that can pick stocks.
