PSS says Q4 EPS won't reach estimates JACKSONVILLE, Fla., March 10 (Reuters) - Medical supplies distributor PSS World Medical Inc. said on Wednesday it does not expect fourth quarter earnings to reach analysts' estimates of $0.24 a share as its long-term care division grapples with higher costs and fallout from Medicare's new payment system. The company said it doubts its earnings per share, excluding charges, will top $0.19-$0.21 in the quarter, which ends on April 2. In the year earlier quarter, the company earned $0.18 a share. Killing this co for 4 or 5 cents and the next newsbreak eludes to their growth rate target is for 20% this year. Getting some to sell at 11 about next week. These diminished earnings were already priced in PSSI.
