OPEC cuts

"Twice last year, OPEC agreed to cut supply, by a final total
of 2.6 million barrels a day, though as of February the producers
made less than 80 percent of the cuts they promised."

How about that. They cut 80% which is a 2.08mbpd reduction in real terms and the spinners turn that into a negative. If OPEC promises a 1.5mbpd in this next round and only comply by 80%, that will result in a real 1.2mbpd reduction which combined w ith unexpected increases in world wide demand and domestic cuts which are already affecting the equation - we will see OSX 100 well before the end of the year. U heard it hear first. <grin>

Wow, even the dog of dogs TCMS is moving today. Overdue since it is selling for 20% of TTM sales and an amazing 25% of book value.
