Yup. They don't want to double count the votes. Meanwhile the April 17-1/2 call options are showing a little strength. Someone other than me is buying them. The March 17-1/2's are a bit of a bargain in comparison, assuming will will have good news on the day before they expire.

I guess a "Yes" that means you agree to sell $17.00. But, if you really want to sell, you don't have to participate in anything. I don't know why you have to check with your broker first, unless you said yes. Probably, they want to harrass the shareholders.

The brokers probably think the shares price will go higher. So, they want your shares now.
