Frank,

1. OK, so we (at least me) blew it! What to do? Let's assume they want to stay in the NASDAQ.

2. First, this company does a terrible job of IR. They have never returned a tel call or answered an em to me. I can't even get an investor pac out of them.

3. Second, they have unaudited financials from 1997 and 1998!!

4. Third, they treat earnings release dates like they're top secret. In the future, we now know that bad news will cause delayed earnings releases. That's stupid.

5. Fourth, they are already hyping Jan & Feb '99 sales. Why should we trust what they say? Why don't they issue press releases??

6. Shareholders need to get mad and tell company's mgmt. That's what I'm doing and I hope everyone else joins in.

Hang in there! It ain't over yet.

Kat
