Cool. I just tried the cygnus unix port "nice" command and it indeed starts processes at varying priority levels on NT as it does on unix. My rig at home is '98, so I'll try modifying my script to use it for the process phase to kick the resource usage down a tad.

I'd rather have it run longer as long as I can do something else while it's working. That Saturday IRL phase is brutal.

Question to any QP scan -writer:

Is there a way to exclude a certain list (or a certain subdirectory)from a scan?
Say that I have created a list yesterday called xyz.lst. When I run the scan on today's data, I don't want to include the ones that came out in yesterday's scan. Is there a way to do this?
