CastNet.com Moves to 'Ultimate Hollywood Location'

New, Expanded Headquarters Brings CastNet.com to 145,000 Actors

LOS ANGELES, March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- CastNet.com (OTC Bulletin Board: EINI - news) has officially opened its new US headquarters immediately
adjacent to Hollywood's three leading actors' unions, the Screen Actors Guild (''SAG''), the American Federation of Television and Radio Actors (''AFTRA''), and the Actor's Equity Association (''AEA''). In the heart of Los Angeles' ''Miracle Mile'' district, the offices, located at 5757 Wilshire Blvd., accommodate CastNet's
expanded staff, eliminate multiple location offices and, with its state of the art computer and Internet technologies, will support CastNet's ever growing customer base.

CastNet.com President Rod Pyle said, ''This will serve to hasten the growing recognition of CastNet.com as a household name in the entertainment industry.

CastNet has served to propel many new acting careers, as well as enhancing those already successful. It has revolutionized the way Hollywood, and by extension the national entertainment establishment, casts actors for their productions.

''Our move to the SAG building has served to reinforce CastNet in the mind of the working actor as well as other industry professionals that pass our windows every day.''

SAG represents over 90,000 actors, AFTRA represents over 80,000 members, and AEA represents over 40,000 actors. The combined total number of actors approximates to 145,000 (based on common memberships). The windows of CastNet.com's ground floor offices feature constantly scrolling monitors demonstrating
CastNet.com's state of the art Internet casting technology. The offices also accommodate walk-in traffic as actors visit their guild headquarters.

With expanded operations in Chicago, Las Vegas, and Miami under way, CastNet.com's new 4,000 sq. ft. headquarters provides support for the rapidly growing company and its mission to provide a full range of online services for the needs of the global entertainment community. With more than 35,400 actors now online, CastNet.com's services include fully searchable resumes, breakdowns, submissions. audition scheduling, agent talent databases, sides, full scripts, enhanced e-mail capabilities, pre-sorted submissions and industry-standard printable head shots.

Called EINI for the latest info and learned they have and was referred to their new InHouse IR, which is there from 7 AM to 4 PM PST. They have a faxable / emailable IR package. I asked about the completion of the merger, and they said it will be some time this month. Well, it's about time, I'm ready for it, and any more slide in EINI's price before the news hits is gonna prove to have been a great opportunity, just like when EINI sank to 31 cents following its IPO.

Here's the contact info for EINI's InHouse IR:

I disagree with the rumors that ONPS is CastNet's only competition. How many members does ONPS have? How does ONPS market its services? Does ONPS have locations in Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, and seeking acquisitions? Is ONPS located in the same building as the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), and the Actors Equity Association (AEA)? Why does ONPS have no press releases? Who is ONPS behind all its websites' Shockwave plug-in windowdressing? What's the ONPS business plan? Where are their financials? Who's their market maker? How many shares outstanding, and public float? Where are research reports? Who is the CEO? Who is the CFO? For that matter, I have yet to see the names of ANY member of the management team. And why is the ONPS 52 week range a horrifying 2 - 166 7/8? Most disturbing is the ONPS "press release" posted by Bull Dog (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=8229155) which is not listed on any of the newswire services.

At this point ONPS doesn't look like a contender against ANY of the online talent agencies -- even castahead.com, in New York, appears to be far ahead of little ONPS. Could turn out that ONPS becomes a big player, but right now all evidence is to the contrary. Regardless, there is only one possible competitor for CastNet, and that is The Link, at submitlink.com.

EINI is one of the few internet companies that is generating revenues, as their financials will attest to.
