It is saying its stake alone is worth 70,000,000: a little arithmetic gives navr a rather hefty valuation(something over 500,000,000). That ain't peanuts.

I believe VVTV has a 15% stake in NetRadio while NAVR has an 85% stake.

If 15% NetRadio = $70 million,
Then 85% Net Radio = $397 million.
