Janybird, I have read many posts claiming that Sprx-Bilicheck can
not be used one phototherapy started.

But I have not seen any reference post it regarding that problem.

I have read the studies out by both companies and I post before the
references, none said so.

I will grant you that one of the Sprx studies was done with all
subjects not during phototherapy, then what? there is not scientific
why it could not do the job during phototherapy.

The skin does not change (unles burning happens and this is extremely rare
and will affect both devices).

Bilirubin does not change to the point of not being measurable,
the only change is from one isomer to the mirror image of the other,
from bilirubin to lumirubin. There is not a change in the spectrophotometric
characteristics of the compound.

Turn the lights off (treatment lights, room lights can stay the
same) and Bilicheck works better.

If you are right, then CCSI is the winner.

Do you think that Respironic will partner Sprx if they will have this
big dissadvantage? I strongly doubt that.
