Been watching ERICY today as well. It would seem to me that now since the settlement is so public and the case against ERICY has been discussed so much that the delay in them settling will now be viewed as a major negative and a big distractor. In CDMA it would just keep them from making more deals, and in GSM it would allow the Nokias to go take their market away. I can't see them winning any more with a delay. If they don't do it soon, I would think that they may test their 52 week low....
