No, definitely not a mourning dove. I doubt that even
mockingbirds do that unique sound. My cat has only one
bird imitation, sort of a "generic bird". Her mouth
goes into a strange contortion and it's a little bizarre
the first time you see it. I've heard that a certain
percentage of cats have the bird-talking trait.
