Bert,

You need to do some serious reading on the OVIS/RMIL thread. The SEC halted trading in Dec. of '97. The stock was a total scam. A lot of people lost their butts.

Calling for certs is a tempting idea, but one doomed to failure. I saw the results of that on EUTO. Not pretty. The stock went from .03 to .2 in about a week and .8 in about an hour. That was all it took to break the shareholders. They started selling the stock and it all crashed back down.

I truely believe that this stock can hold it's own. Right now it is probably worth $2 with manipulation bringing it down to the low $1s. I doubt the price will go much lower. If it hits $1, I'm buying more and I'm willing to bet that there are more doing the same. The spot on CNBC will do wonders.

For those of you that haven't done you DD on this stock, I have to point you to anticort.com. There is a great team heading up the company.

I'm trying to talk to STGI and Quintiles about there relationship. I'll post what I find out.
