EVDS (OTC BB - .43) announced back on January 11th that they would be filing a Form 10 within 90 days to become fully reporting: biz.yahoo.com They also announced the following agreement: Environmental Digital Services, Inc. Reports Leasing Agreement with Green Tree Green Tree to Offer up to $40 Million for Leasing of EDSi Fuel Monitoring Systems biz.yahoo.com Although EVDS continues to trade pretty quietly I am confident that EVDS will eventually announce some big sales of their CAPSCAN devices. In addition the home heating oil market could also be a huge market for EVDS. Finally do not forget the very real revenues associated with remediation contracts that might be announced: fast.quote.com In my opinion EVDS offers a significant buying opportunity at these levels.
