JDN, BTW, I looked at the financial from every direction possible. I now believe my concerns are unfounded. I wanted to post this in case other novice accountants like me were rattled. I now see bottom line risk around 2 million, a long way from the 28 million that concerned me. It's also nice to see positive cash flow. Not too common in these small caps. You've got to admit, I don't let go of the bone until satisfied. Wish more were as persistent. Now for that fresh air Rick mentioned....... Ah, 1st I need to check out a couple stocks. <gg> Larry
