Hi Osprey and Joe, I just got off the phone with Ray Matthews at DGTL. They are ready for market, the promotion drive just starting. 12,000,000 or so shares with minimal debt, 400,000 or so. They just finished the financials and are currently going through the filing procedure. We should be able to see the consolidated sheets next week on Edgar. Lets say in the next year they sell 10 million install units at 19.95 for $199,500,000 Then another 200 million refill packs ( lots of cd's out there ) thats almost $4 billion. 4.2 billion over 12 million shares = Mucho Peso ! This is a screaming buy at a buck.
