I guess that we are mirroring what happened in Japan in the 1980s. Rampant speculation in both the stock market and the real estate market. Companies without any earning see their stocks going to the sky. No wonder, people are starting to call this the Greenspan Bubble era. When this thing burst, at least Greenspan will have something that associates his name to. Too bad, CA get slaughtered on the mad rush to interNuts stocks by the herds.
