Serge: This drift could be either Pre-earnings Sell Off or a Corporate Announcement.

A pre-earnings announcement seem unlikely now. So the drift has to be due to other reasons. If the only likely corporate event is down sizing, then the two might be linked.

My own guess, is that it is a part of Accumulation & nothing more. I d'ont see much down risk if there is no shortfall of earnings/revenue.
On the contrary, if the earnings/revenue expectation exceeds expecation we could pop to the $14 mark quite easily if the Main Mkt holds up for 6 weeks or so.

i would say its the shorts...the price action isnt sloppy enough to be real sellers.
