I am not an expert in Search Engine technology.

And, I have not seen their financials.

However, I have a technical background, specialize in technology investments and was an analyst at a technology venture capital firm before switching to the hedge fund. The valuation for a private company with good technology would only be a fraction of what you are paying here. And this is a crowded business with large, entrenched competitors who have substantial resources. The window of opportunity for this type of technology was 3 or 4 years ago. Now it is best used as a stock distribution scheme.

And as far as the financials, the fact that they are not publicly available is a bad sign.

Maybe the financials are OK, and maybe the technology is so good they can force themselves into the competitive mix. It is in the realm of possibility.

But the odds are against it.

Regards,

Archer

"Who are you to know what WCTI's cash position is or isn't. I haven't seen any financials, have you?" - Reason enough not to invest!
