The selling seems very predictable, after the past quarter's disappointment. I think that a lot of institutions and individuals thought that the time might finally have come when FORE would be put on the block. With their most recent announcement of another acquisition it makes it pretty clear that there is no takeover on the near term horizon. Without any prospect for the next few months of a takeover(if not the rest of this year) all the speculators are leaving.

There is little upside IMO for FORE. XYLN was the play and if you had it you were rewarded. FORE will languish between 10-15 until the next round of takeover rumors start over the summer.
