Or is the company (or insiders) selling shares?

The company itself is not selling. That would have required an SEC notification and we would have known ahead of time.

Insiders? Possibly, but unlikely. A couple of them had filed intentions to sell so they might have. But why now, not last week with a high price? It makes no sense for them to sell now. It would be the ultimate vote of 'no confidence' ... perhaps if someone had been fired, but otherwise it's irrational to sell at these prices.

Unless this insider expects that this is the best price he's going to get for quite a while. I don't want to say this because I don't want to believe it and especially I don't want you to believe it. Think instead of some far-fetched possibility that is nonetheless still feasible. It is feasible that someone's ex-wife got these shares in a divorce settlement and had to sell them NOW to pay her lawyer's bill.

Think about that and laugh because I don't find anything else about ETPI stock the least bit funny on a day like today.
