Primarily oil moved the market today. The BP reversed up as i mentioned but the Relative Strength chart vs the SPX is still negative so we consider this move to be short term. Also the same with the Semi's. The RS chart on the sox vs the spx is negative so moves are considered short term. tom

I've been loading up on European and Japanese Equities... I'm now also seeing good relative performance in the Emerging markets...
