Mike, I don't have the numbers handy, but they should be in the 10Qs, 10-k. Majority of loans were made under previous management. Since the Perlin brothers took over control in May 95, their focus has been to invest in companies with significant growth potential and with excellent management. Prior to the IPO of COOL, news of WCAP's equity interest sent the stock from under $2 to the teens. The price didn't stay there, but the picture is vastly improved this year. With another one just went public yesterday (ROWE), and 3 more in the pipeline, WCAP will rise once again. MPath and JUNO will be taken public by major WS investment firms, the IPOs should do very well and they should draw much attention to WCAP as the IPOs near. Worldgate will also be a hot item when it hits the street.

Regards,

Tom
