Fred, I think Brcm is extremely overpriced. I am not buying puts because they are fat and because I still am not hearing bearish capitulation on the internut stocks. Everytime they are mentioned in the media, somebody snickers. When the snickers turn into a milky way, I think they will be ripe. Leap puts bought now will probably be golden in a year, but I'd rather wait for a shorter term run at them.

Thanks for reminding me of Cube. That is still one of my top ten winners on long puts. Such a great fall. And, as you say, I bought them right after their CEO told CNBS that they had no competition. <g> Next thing you know they had two competitors, IBM and Intel. Down went the stock.
