VVTV owns 1.4 million shares in NetRadio (this is on a pro-forma basis and includes the 0.5 million shares it will get a $1/share).

Using the 70 million valuation as a basis, this values NAVR's chunk of shares at 175-200 million dollars.

A generous estimate would be 250 million.

NAVR has 23 million outstanding shares.

NAVR was $3 on Nov 1,1998 when the NetRadio hype started. It has added 10 based on buying based on the NetRadio hype. That means 230 million of its current market cap is based on the NetRadio factor.

BTW, the numbers above is based on the 70 million # in the article. I have my own valuation model which is somewhat different.

Regards.
