KL--I've been thinking of doing what you did today many times and for the same reasons, particularly on runups. For the last month, I have turned off CNBC completely as I find that it is a major distraction to sticking with one's plan..hard to keep eye on ball with CNBC on and virtually useless for making money imo except for scalping perhaps. Still haven't turned my real time quotes off yet though. Congrats.---It would be constuctive if OSX prints above 62.10 as it would then suggest 70ish might be the next Resistance. Still long more than a full position in VTS. Its 200dma is all the way up at 19ish. Others like HAL,SLB,WFT,SDC,DO are virtually already there or beyond. A number of others are close
