MTM is starting to look like and act like a dog. Sure Q3 was disappointing, but it appears there could be more disappointments forthcoming. Haven't heard of any contracts being announced!

Wow, nearly one year to the day from when I made the statement below - and Mitec finally pops. $9.60 seems like a big rise from $4.60, but I think Mitec is just starting to get noticed. Even at $30 it would still be far cheaper than just about any wireless supplier out there.

Still ripe for the picking by someone...only now it'll cost them a little more.

Of all stocks in my portfolio, I have the most confidence in Mitec over the next 12 months. I find it amazing that a
company that is a cinch to earn $.60/share in fiscal 2000 is trading at $4.60 now. Expect 4th qtr results to also be
somewhat flat, but Q1 2000 will be huge and Q3 next year Revenue should grow by 30-50%.

Does anyone know how closely held this company is. Is it controlled by one shareholder? I assume it must be or
someone would have attempted a takeover by now.
