Well, the disclosure statement at 4560 was just to say that legal or illegal, I know nothing "inside" and my purpose in being here isn't trading. The only pick that looked "fishy" to me was HEAL, and that was easily explained by very obvious "hints" that Dan gave publicly about the pick.

What makes me mad, given my interest in what I consider the overregulation of the securities markets, is that people are acting like they have been cheated. There is a lot of bubble activity going on around Dan's stocks. If you get hurt trying to ride a bubble when you KNOW that you are paying too much for the core equity interest, then don't blame this young man. The activity in his stocks is easily explained by fast-executing day-traders taking advantage of slower-executing suckers.

That is not DM's fault. It is the fault of the suckers, and it happens every day.

If everybody keeps acting foolishly, then one day, these guys I go to school with will be in an office spending my tax money to protect people who frankly would learn more and learn it more quickly from being on there own. As long as there is no fraud- and I don't think there is any fraud here- then the government should stay away. That is my opinion.
