Sounds ominous, and maybe it is. But I still believe we will hit it it's just a question of when and whether dgiv will still be in business by that time. This is my biggest fear, too. Here's hoping Jimmy Chin has finally focused in on actually closing deals, getting the gateways up, running and generating some revenue, and then to get the filing done before the company just runs out of money,,, Chip
