<<The CV debt conversion: TAVA does it right again! >>

Could very well be Karl, we'll see in the coming months. For an explanation of just how bad convertibles can be on share price, here is an excellent post:

I've heard that Hanefin has released their report on TAVA. From what I hear so far, target price raised to $13. Also, 2000 estimates were raised by about 15 cents. I'll post as I find out more, but it looks very bullish from what I gather. Visibility also very good for revenue growth post Y2K. Good luck all.

Whoops: Typo: The cv debt conversion will add a half penny to earnings before reinvestment of the saved $135,000 in interest payments. I should have typed in "$0.005". Thanks to those that caught the error. I had it right on my calculator, so it doesn't change my message other than getting the decimals right. I used 25 million shares as the divisor.

Great post Karl. I always like to read your posts. Maybe TAVA can the money they saved to hire a PR firm?

Dear Karl: Well, as one of the "old timers" as are you, I am GLAD to see the debt disappearing from the balance sheet and in this case the equity going up a like amount. Sure different looking from the Old Days!! As to the future, all things considered I agree would rather have some leverage than dilution although would prefer to have NEITHER haha. Thanks for checking out the details on the conversion and alerting us.

To all: Here is todays update on the progress of the "interview" I just cut and pasted the memo sent me. I think it speaks for itself. I will of course keep you all informed as I learn more. JDN

John, I'll get specifics to you in a day or two. I just copied and fed-exed the interview tape to our tech types in Dallas who maintain the site.

Right now I think that you can safely say that the interview will appear on www.Audioinvestor.com mid-week next week. We'll also feature an interview of a medical stock newletter guy who is pretty successful. The one-two punch of a CEO's interview and a successful investment letter editor usually brings in good traffic.

We also currently have interviews of John Bollinger, Michael Murphy, and Jim Oberweis (Obbeweis Report)that are briing in comtiunal havy traffic according to our Statistical Server. And a lot of newspapers and radio stations drop into our site according to URL's listred in the Server too....Just on einterview, but a good start!

We should put up a "promo" note-i.e. "coming soon" aboutt he Tav ainterview on Mondy or so... Thanks for your help once again!

Sincerely,
