Frank, your packets are always welcome! Glad to see we are on the same band here. I am beginning to sense the ripples of what might be a convergence, beginning with VoIP and perhaps extending much further. We now have IDTC/NSCP/AOL, and the Sun partnership to add tremendous expertise in the networking area. Furthermore, as you probably know, AOL has been grabbing dark fiber like crazy. Then there is that new plant going in at Manassas to experiment with interactive TV.... and Andresson gets to sit on top of all this and figure out what to do with it... mmmm...

Frank, IMO it wouldn't matter because 95% of net2phones revenue is from INTERNATIONAL calls. AOL has not existing competitive agreements for that.
