I don't know about 2nd or 3rd generation GlobalStar, but another 1st generation launch is still scheduled for this coming Sunday. From Florida Today:

March 14: Starsem Soyuz on second Globalstar mission (4 comsats) from Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakstan, with an approximate launch time of 10:06 p.m. EST (0306 GMT on March 15).

No Djane, I can't give you links to Constellation2, sorry. It's pretty much conjecture on my part about what is likely to happen. There have been only a few minor public statements about later constellations that I'm aware of. I dare say the Globalstar people think they are busy enough trying to get the Constellation1 functional. They figure on 4 years before it is starting to fill. I expect it won't take that long.
