Re Financial statements. Has Upgrade failed to conform to the SEC or NASD rules regarding financial statements? No! So what is your point? If they don't get all their filings done in the allotted time frame then of course they will be toast. I did mention several posts ago the company informed me they were doing their SEC filings. All I know is that some European investors flew to America to take a look at the UltraCard technology. They kicked tires and liked what they saw. Now it is easy to sit behind your computer screen and criticize this company - whatever your motives. But at the end of the day this company will sink or swim on the success and acceptance of its storage technology. Your misguided (or malevolent?) posts won't affect the course of the company or its share price one bit. etc.
