RE Tmex quote

I was born and raised in Philly, where the mayor for many years was a mobster-connected guy named Frank Rizzo.

One day he appointed his brother, a junior lieutenant in the fire department, to be fire commissioner, snubbing many senior officials in the dept. At his press conference, somebody asked him "Mr. Mayor, don't you think this appointment smacks of nepotism?"

He retorted, "Nepotism, hell; he's my bruddah!"
