Thanks for the reply, Mark. I should have been more specific. What I don't understand is the term "shelf registration", and more importantly the sentence "[MSPG] filed to offer debt securities, common and preferred stock, depositary shares, warrants, subscription rights, stock purchase contracts to buy common or preferred stock and stock purchase units."

It sounds sort of like another SPO, but its not. Thanks for any help you can provide.
