CTC and Mohan; PMJI, but the word Software was the first thought that came to my mind when attempting to qualify how this Amazon / Dell friendship would benefit Dell. If Dell is going to get heavily into Software e-tailing( business, educational, entertainment... ) then who better than Amazon to point the way for consumers who may not know where else to head? Successful transaction --> Happy customer. Happy customer --> Future customer( for the big stuff ). That's my take. Regards; JT
