Let me be the first (of many, I'm sure) to state unequivocally: I am not a "pump and dump" ... a drop-and-flop, maybe ... but no pump-and-dump.

Now, if the SEC is as tough on TMex as they were with the big boys when they caught them with hands in cookie jar, he'll be forced to cough up, on a relative basis, oh .. maybe the price of one year's subscription to SI.
