Thanks, I did not know that. I have a list of 300 top stocks (OEX+NDX+a few more) as the basis for my calculations. You may still want to check out the other indicators I gave you.

Gottfried and threaders, Words from our Guru, Tom Dorsey regarding the Bull Percentages. Paul

"That symbol book si now updated constantly and we don't do anymore books. Next your
analysis is right on. Semi did reverse up as did oil. We discussed oil and oil service and
recommended some stocks in our report of March 8, 1999. Yes only a few sectors moved up
and the vast majority moved down. The Dow Jones up almost 400 points and 18 sectors
moved down and 3 moved up. Three changed risk levels. So the sector distribution shifted
more to the left or oversold. side. Today oil is making the Dow Jones move up with the
breadth still not good. Short term the HighLow is on a buy but the percent of 10 missed a
reversal by a hair. I'll call it reversed as it was truly by a hair. Net new buy signals were less
than .5% in the NYSE so no real power in the market when it comes to the battle between
new new buy signals and net new sell signals. We're long on a short term basis with stops
entered. SNE would stop out for a profit at $95 now which is a 3 box reversal from the high
today. Tom"
