Rice, whether or not I have an "investment" (I would rather call it "speculation" since that is what it is) in this company is irrelevant. When we see tape painting like we did today, we have to warn our fellows threaders of what is happening. I said that the 423,000 shares today (and the volume "explosion" in the last few trading days) were "painted", it is very clear, that the MM or someone else want to create a move in this stock. Once the volume climbs to twice what it is today then they will dump their inventory on new unsuspecting "investors", that is what I am warning of. I do not have to bash DBDY, the company has spent the last two years doing a pretty good job at it itself. As for the "value" of the company, how kind of management to state it is not a $3/share stock but the fair value is around $1, that is what I call a wolf in sheep clothing. There are now 18 MM shares and I fully expect the rate of growth of shares (about 2.5 MM per year( to continue if not accelerate. Currently management expect $4.2 MM in sales (of course, they will find a Mr. Murphy to blame, when they do not deliver), but even on that basis, this company in this business with no unique position in the market place is not worth more than 1 time yearly sales or $4.2 MM under the best scenario. THus a fair value today is about $.233/share. Can we argue this point? Is that bashing or are these semi factual numbers. I say semifactual since the $4.2 MM have not been delivered yet, and who knows how many shares there truly are. Zeev
