Thank you for the suggestion. I will look for that book. MCI surely knows a lot more about the whole thing now than that particular executive did back then. Now that I think about it, it must have been four years ago. The whole "internet as we know it" grew up since then. It was of course already there, but the proliferation of web sites, the amount of commerce, secure servers to support credit cards, etc. etc. etc. is all from the past four years.
