I agree with you. Rode from 15.62 to high sold and shorted. Even though I am a TRUE BELIEVER in IDTC and know todays move will be great for the company because a deal with Netscape is a deal with AOL in the FUTURE you got to pay attention to FA and especially the TA of IDTC. Look at the 1 year chart and its movement history. It pops and drops. 2 steps forward and 1 back for this stock. Move today on 7x avg vol. The new pushed it up. On the other hand CKFR (another favorite of mine) moved up on a little more than normal volume and no news. IMO

David, thanks for the reply. I think you are correct in that
assumption. Since there was no news last night I expected it to trade
down this morning. I was concerned about the setting of a new
deadline. As a person who has negotiated major technology deals in
the past, deadlines are dangerous unless you hold all or most of the
cards. I dont know this bondholder issue so I cant say but I would
expect they have some negotiating power or this would have been done
already. At this point, I would prefer IDTC just stare them down and
let them know that IDTC is willing to weather the delay with no new
deadlines and do whatever is necessary to take any leverage away. I am
not a seller here and will more than likely double up at some point in
the next few days.
