Lonepine...... We have a scenario here where not one concrete fact about the whole situation has been made public.There has been a filing this does not mean there will be a case, a judge will decide if the case has any merits, depending on what the defendants say in their response to the allegations. Forget about the case, forget about a settlement, the JV's have. They have decided to make the best of it , by testing some day the two zones they may have a bankable project. This is where it lies, can they raise any money on Winfield?
