Actually that's how a stock swindle works Jim.

BAT sells 13% of SSPC for 1 million dollars. This means BAT should still own 87%. Why do they only own 10%? Because they are a "holding company" doesn't explain it.

Bat owned 40% of Otay Mesa, World Star owned 40% and Mexico owns 20%. World Star sells their 40% to SSPC. So why does SSPC now own 80%?

It seems to me that BAT should still own 40% of the auto plants and 87% of SSPC if SSPC is actually subsidiary. If you go back and look at who is really running SSPC you'll find it's just a guy with a few million dollars trying to turn it into alot of millions through publicly traded stock.
