TLindt: Problem with the buyout is that after the Lycos deal, nobody is 100% sure that these idiots will sell for a large enough premium. The trouble that Lycos is going through should help firm up PTVL's price. And the future difference between the two is that PTVL actually earns money selling something other than advertising. Patience is the key. I would expect at least the mid-30's in the next month or two, maybe higher. But it is an internet play. Who knows if it will stay up. As for the sale, I reiterate... it will go through some time. And judging by the number of potential suiters, a bidding war would not be out of the question.
