I guess I have a weird sense of humor. Actually I know I do. (The scene I referred to was the first scene in the film, BTW.) And I still don't know where the parentheses go.

There's this house across the street that just got bought by some people. They are fixing it up, obviously to resell.

Two big oak trees in the front yard, about 24" diameter at the base. These people just had the trees cut down! I was wondering what that must be like if you are a tree. You wouldn't really know it was Over For Good until the very end.

You would hold out and think, "Nah, I've been through worse than this. What can some guy with a pony tail and tattoos and a chain saw do that I can't recover from?"

I felt like going over and saying that I could communicate with trees and the Tree Spirit was going to vex them for murdering two oak trees, just to see what they said. I didn't do it, but I thought of it.

That's funny to me.

Anyway, you're right. I hereby declare that I shall not suppress laughter, except when it's really rude to laugh. And maybe some day I'll get all of Alex's jokes.

Coby, Penni; I was at a friend's house today. Her two sisters were Merit Scholars. Wow. Coincidence. She doesn't remember if they were semi-finalists, finalists, Merits, or whatever.

So how come all Merit people are so stupid, that no one seems to know what's happening? Something, should stick in your sister's head. Shouldn't you be able to beat it into her head? "I am a finalist." ["Big deal. Let me know when you're an Ist."]

How come The Guys at Merit Inc, didn't pick a more interpretable scale, if they're so smart.

In a way, the term semi-finalist is demeaning. I know that's silly, but hey. Even "finalist". Where the heck is the conclusion? Where the heck is the participant resolution? You're at the top of the universe, and you get semi-finalist.

Sheesh.

Big stupids.

"So you were a finalist. Didja win?"
"Semi-finalist. Hmmmmm."

She, (friend), figures an MIT degree is easier to understand.

I hope I haven't made Penni cry. Or anything.

Let us know, when the sign says "Christian Got Laid."

Jeez, I love being mean.

Oh boy. Cancel or Post.

Speaking of laughing in theaters, did you guys hear, I mean was it on national news or just here/local, about the guy in the theater up in Renton?

He was talking through the movie, and a guy shot him.

He's going to live, but he's going to have a hole in his tummy.

But I wonder if he'll shut up.
