Hi Pallisard, there haven't been that many PO predictions to qualify as a "consensus". I was the first to stick my neck out, I think. The day after the Dec 22 selloff, I stated my opinion that Valence was one month behind plan and that would put the first PO about Feb 27. Also, based on the S3 that caused the ruckus, John set the first PO at end of first quarter, earliest. A few days later, FMK made some comments to the effect that PO's could come very soon, possibly Jan. Later, add provided a date of Apr 15, amended to Apr 1(!). That's it. My date was based on progress with the factory setup, but I was unaware that Valence was not going to make the announcement, and we later learned that OEM's had that prerogative. This development made my estimate moot. My guess is that Valence is still negotiating a few details.
