It seems many are thinking of selling IMCL in the morning. And maybe some will buy back. Sure there is a trading opportunity. I also firmly believe (by the way you said Phase II instead of 3) it is a hold for/until preliminary results. Some things I hope Kernan asks: 1. When might we hear of some preliminary results? 2. Yup basically the drug & technique work. But how fast does it work? What is the fastest? What is the slowest? 3. At what point (time wise) do they measure the % reduction to determine the effectiveness? 4. What categories of patients are in the study? How was/has the sampling been done ie. what technique? 5. Explain how the drug & technique can be applied to cancers of other parts of the body eg. how long to get those up and running? 6. Ok, on to the financial backing and milestone payments, it seems they got $30m upfront which was 1/3 of the $90m total. Then now another $5 m which is only 1/6 of the second 30m milestone. So, there is room for another 25m to come from Merck. The last $30m is to help build a production facility. Question 5mill aspect correct understanding? What about the financing done by way of purchase of shares - expalin in more detail please. 7. Mr Waskal, where did you work in your career? Can you explain the significance of what IMCL has /is doing vs other events in your career Just old-fashioned to the grindstone questions, understanding, etc. Let's get back to business ppl. So much wasted time bashing each other, wasted energy, etc. It's one thing to disagree, another thing to name call, another to be verbally fighting, another to be threatening, another to be talking of lawsuits, where does it end are there going to be physical threats , physical action. Let's get back to business. Everyone's time gets wasted and that could be used to trade and make some money. Maybe it comes from settling a dispute between a brother and sister and mentioning that they really only had each other, especially if something happened to their mother or father. Little did I know how true that would ring in when their father went into a coma about 4 1/2 months later. I hope no one has ever to go through that, but it sure as heck heightens your sensitivity, making you think what's important in life, etc and for ppl on these SI threads, they're trying to make some money, and some logic says if your time is tied up in some legal battle or something, you are taking away the opportunity for yourselves to achieve your purpose of making money. You may not give a darn about what I've said above, or I may get some flack whatever, it's what I think and logically what looks like could or maybe is or maybe will be happening. Bury the hatchet, kiss and make up, what ever expression you want to use, get rid of the ego stuff (which is why apparently women make better traders - heard they don;t let stuff like that get in the way) and get back to finding the stocks, making picks and doing what you're all good at.
