I heard on the radio that the U S and Russia are going to be launching rockets from a ship as close to the equator as possible.

I wonder if the technology that EPAC has would be usable on a ship? Using the compressed gas to lift it up 200' +- before the solid rocket fuel lites. It might make for a safer lift off and less clean up.
