That's certainly an interesting theory. My guess is that it's either:

A) A false vote of confidence. Check out the insider buying in CompUSA (a stock I bought and beat the drum on partially due to insider buying)...then see what happened to the stock.

B) A bad decision.

C) Somewhat misleading, because we don't know what fees were paid to the directors and how many additional options were granted.

In either case, the facts are clear:

-no revenues
-massive losses
-no products
-numerous competitors
-unproven technology
-no real manufacturing capability

The stock is going much lower.
